How long do you need for set up?

• Generally set up time frames are based on your event requirements and the size of the event once we have more details , you will be provided an estimated time frame. 

Can I collect prop rentals? 

• We are predominantly an online based business and do not have a physical store location available for collections . 
  
  

How long is the rental period? 

• General prop rental period is single use , delivery and collection are provided for same day use unless other arrangements are discussed.

Is a bond required? 

•  Selected props require a bond , this applies to items that will be utilised overnight , items that are fragile or items that may be at higher risk of being damaged such as linen , accessories etc .
