Ooh Lala Styling (Hereafter OLS)

PROP HIRE 

•Please take care of hire items as if they are your own , you are responsible for the item/s while they are in use at your event. While we appreciate your help onsite this is not necessary we would appreciate that our client and clients guests allow us to set up and pack down without any interference we are trained to handle all items in a specific nature to avoid damaging equipment. Please advise your guest about this request , any damages caused by client and or clients guest/s from interfering in set up by OLS staff or while in use at event will result in REPAIR and or REPLACEMENT costs being charged this is payable within 24hours of hire period ending.

 

All hire items remain the property of OLS , no item/s are to be removed from site at any time accept by OLS staff !

 

•Cancellation of orders will forfeit all booking deposits. Cancellations made less than 7 business days from delivery will receive a refund for the travel  fees only - the cost for hire equipment is considered as cost of lost opportunity and is not refundable. No refund applies for equipment cancelled on delivery. 

 

•If payment of the deposit/balance is not received within the specified time, OLS reserves the right to cancel the booking.
