OLS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ooh Lala Styling (Hereafter OLS)

Event date reservation  

• No bookings are reserved without payment

Financial
•If payment of the event date retainer /invoice balance is not received within the specified time, and or payment plan agreement obligations have not be met OLS reserves the right to cancel the booking.

No monetary refunds and or OLS credit to be exchanged in the event that client wishes to cancel or has failed to meet payment obligations and booking has been cancelled by OLS.

• if for unforeseen circumstances that are outside of OLS staff’s control that result in services needing to be postponed or canceled client will be notified immediately and will be credited to the full value paid and rescheduled. 

Covid 19 / Government lock down related situation Policy 
• All OLS bookings paid for , state you agree to the following , no monetary refunds will be provided in light of the Covid 19 situation & or or any form of government nationwide lock down . 
- All clients are provided the following options
• Postpone the listed invoice items to a later date
* subject to availability
• Cancel the listed invoice items , Credit with OLS to the value paid excluding custom items costs if any will be provided to utilise at a later date
* subject to availability
